Tales of the Cocktail: Pam Wiznitzer & Maya's Syrup + Jam

 CHERRY BOMBE & TALES OF THE COCKTAIL

We paired some of our favorite mixologists with some of the hottest Bombesquad beverage brands to see what they would mix up.

Makes 1 serving per cocktail. 3 cocktail recipes below.


ingredients

2 ounces Mezcal
¾ ounce Maya's Raspberries + Thai Chili Pepper Syrup
1 ounce lemon juice
1 egg white
Small pinch black pepper

method

Combine all ingredients into a tin. Shake without ice. Add ice and shake again. Strain up into a coupe and garnish with fresh black pepper.


ingredients

1¾ ounces aged rum
¾ ounce dry vermouth
½ ounce Cointreau
¼ ounce Maya's Plums + Organic Cinnamon Syrup
3 dashes orange bitters (optional)
Orange twist

method

Combine in a stirring vessel and stir with ice. Strain up into a coupe and garnish with an orange twist. 


 

ingredients

2 ounces Vermouth
¾ ounce Maya’s Blueberries + Black Currants Syrup or Maya’s Wild Elderflowers + Lemon Syrup
½ ounce lemon juice
Soda water
Lemon wedge

method

Build in a highball without ice. Stir lightly. Add ice and garnish with a lemon wedge.
