PB&J Smoothie

Makes 1 smoothie
ingredients
1 cup Maple Hill Zero Sugar Organic Milk
1 cup fresh blueberries
⅔ cup fresh blackberries
1 banana, sliced and frozen
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
¼ cup rolled oats
method
Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. I like my smoothies nice and thick—almost dessert like! Feel free to add more milk based on your preference.
