PB&J Smoothie

Makes 1 smoothie

ingredients

1 cup Maple Hill Zero Sugar Organic Milk⁠
1 cup fresh blueberries⁠
⅔ cup fresh blackberries⁠
1 banana, sliced and frozen⁠
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter⁠
¼ cup rolled oats⁠

method

Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. I like my smoothies nice and thick—almost dessert like! Feel free to add more milk based on your preference.⁠
